クラスは単なる子どもたちの集まりではありません。コミュニケーションの成功という共通の目標に向かって対等な立場で協力し合う、まさにチームなのです。自分の責任を理解し、前向きな姿勢で正々堂々と活動に取り組み、目標達成の喜びを味わうことができるのが、チームメンバーの在り方であり、生徒たちにもそうであって欲しいといつも思っています。

 ここ数日、おおしろキッズの多くのクラスが、チームワークの精神を見せてくれています！本当に素晴らしいと思うし嬉しい限りです。僕があえて手出しをしなくても、生徒たちが一緒に問題を乗り越えていく姿を見ていると、とても感動します。

 多くの生徒が、英語でのコミュニケーション能力向上のために、他の生徒のことを考え、助けるという、理想的な学習者に成長してきています！これからも、それぞれの強みを出し合いシェアしながら協働していく、そんな場面をレッスンでも作っていきます。

A Class is a Team

A class is not simply a collection of kids. They are very definitely a team, working together as equals towards the common goal of successful communication. An effective team member understands his/her responsibilities, works fairly with a positive attitude, and can rightly enjoy the success of goal-achievement. 

 In recent days a number of our classes at Oshiro Kids have made terrific progress towards capturing the spirit of teamwork. It moves me SO much to watch the students overcome problems together, without the need for my involvement. 

 Many of our students are maturing towards being ideal learners: thinking of and helping others on the road to English communication-skill development. Congratulations!
