実は、ゴールそのものよりも、僕はゴールに至るまでの過程の方が素晴らしいと感じることが多いです。

おおしろキッズにも、効果的なチームワーク戦略で、子どもたちにハッピーでポジティブな経験をもたらす熟練した先生がたくさんいます。

今年のサマーキャンプが大成功したのは、まさにおおしろキッズのチームが素晴らしいチームだったからだと思っています。

教室でも、子どもたちはクラスメートとチームを組んでいます。助けが必要な子どもには、先生に助けを求める前に、クラスメートを頼るように勧めています。

授業中のほとんどのコミュニケーション活動では、先生よりも生徒同士のコミュニケーションが大切です。

人生には、一人では成し遂げられないことがたくさんあります。子どもたちは、生き残るためにはチームワーク、仲間が不可欠であることを早くから知る必要がある、そう思っています。

そして、良いチームで働くことは、とても楽しいことだということも、子どもたちは知る必要があります！おおしろキッズの先生チームの顔を見てください！

Teamwork

I'm a soccer fan. For me the excitement is watching individual skilled players employing effective teamwork strategies to put the ball into the back of the net. Often the buildup to the goal is more brilliant than the goal itself.

Oshiro Kids too has skilled individual teachers that use effective teamwork strategies, to bring happy and positive experiences to children.

This year's Summer Camp was successful precisely because the Oshiro Kids team is indeed a good team.

In the classroom too, students are in a team with their classmates. I encouraging students who need help to rely on their classmates before asking for their teacher's help.

Most communication activities in class will involve students needing to communicate with each other more than with their teacher.

 In life many things can simply not be achieved by yourself. Students need to know early that teamwork is essential for survival.

 And students also need to know that working in a good team is a lot of fun! Just look at the faces of the Oshiro Kids team!
