前回のポストでは、先生としての僕のポリシーについて扱いました。
生徒が「4つのこと」をするために必要な「戦略」「意欲」「言語」を身につけることを目標としていることをシェアしましたが、今回は、この「4つのこと」についてシェアします。

僕は「戦略」「意欲」「言語」の3つはは、次のことを行うために必要であると考えています。

1. 問題を克服する 、乗り越える
2. 他者を尊重する
3. 新しいアイデアを生み出し表出する
4. 他者の考えとの違いを受け入れる

この「4つのこと」を育むために「戦略（考える力）」「意欲（主体性）」「言語（英語力）」を伸ばすことを、おおしろキッズ英語教室で行っています。英語だけ教える教室ではありません。このポリシーは生徒の年齢には関係しません。生徒の発達段階にあったアクティビティを用意していますが、すべてのアクティビティの裏には、このポリシーがあることを知っていただきたいと思います。これが次世代に必要な6C教育の素地になると思い、僕は日々レッスンをしています。

In my previous post, I discussed my teaching philosophy. I shared that my goal is to help students develop the "strategy," "motivation," and "language" needed to achieve four things. Today, I’d like to share what these four things are.
I believe that "strategy," "motivation," and "language" are essential for the following:

• Overcoming and solving problems.
• Respecting others.
• Generating and expressing new ideas.
• Accepting differences in others' perspectives

At Oshiro Kids English School, we focus on fostering these four things by developing "strategy (thinking skills)," "motivation (initiative)," and "language (English proficiency)." This is not just an English-only classroom. This philosophy applies regardless of the students' age. We design activities tailored to each student’s developmental stage, but I want you to know that this philosophy underpins all our activities. I believe this forms the foundation for the 6C education needed for the next generation, and I strive to embody this in my daily lessons.
