先生と生徒の関係は、信頼とそれぞれの責任の上に成り立っています。

僕は先生として、常に自分の責任について考えています。

教育において最も大切にしてることは、今の子どもたちが成人期に必要となる6つの重要なスキルを身につけさせることです。それは、コミュニケーション力、協働力、批判的思考力、創造力、人間力、市民力です。

そのために子どもにどんな体験させるかを考えてレッスンを作るのが僕の責任です。

一方、生徒にも責任があります。それは、よく見て聞くことです。少し冷静に見たり聞いたりすることで、自ら気づき学べることがあるからです。

僕はこれからも、生徒によく見て、よく聞いて、そして考えて話すことの大切さを英語のレッスンを通じて伝えていきます。

The teacher-student relationship is based on trust and responsibility.

As a teacher, I am constantly thinking about my responsibilities.

What I value most in education is to help today's children develop the six critical skills they will need in adulthood. These are communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, people skills, and citizenship.

It is my responsibility to create lessons that consider what kind of experiences the children will have to have in order to achieve this.

On the other hand, the student also has a responsibility. That is to watch and listen carefully. By looking and listening calmly, they can notice and learn things on their own.

Through my English lessons, I will continue to convey to my students the importance of looking carefully, listening carefully, thinking carefully, and speaking thoughtfully.
