この季節の容赦ない暑さに耐えられない人も多いでしょうが、僕はこの季節が大好きです！友人や家族との旅行やリラクゼーションの機会もあり、とてもエキサイティングな時期です。

 夏のもうひとつの大きな特徴は、子どもたちが驚くほど成長することです！夏休みを終えて教室に戻ると、生徒たちの身長は少なくとも1センチは伸びているように見えます！

学習態度や集中力も、夏休み前より落ち着いていることが多いのも事実。

特に、おおしろキッズ・サマーキャンプのようなサマープログラムに参加した子どもたちにはその傾向を強く感じます。先生や他のクラスのお友達たちとの交流はとても健全で素晴らしいです。

夏が終わる頃、子どもたちは自らのコミュニケーション能力をさらに成長させることができるのです。

Summer!

While many of us cannot bear the relentless heat of this season, I for one love it! It’s such an exciting time of year, offering opportunities of travel and relaxation with friends and family.

 Another key feature of the summer is the amazing growth that children experience! On returning to classes after the summer break students appear at least one centimeter taller! 

Their attitude and focus towards their learning is often more settled than before the summer. 

This is particularly true for those students who attended summer programs, like the Oshiro Kids Summer Camp. The interaction they have with teachers and students of other classes, is very healthy. 

This then allows for further growth in their communication skills post-summer. 

I hope everyone is having a great summer! The heat is tough to handle, but please enjoy the excitement of the season!
