この絵は娘が描いてくれました。僕の絵の上に「I Love You」と書いてあります。

娘からの私へのメッセージとして書いてくれたのでしょうが、僕には僕が話しているようにも見えました。

これは、自分の子供に言っているだけでなく、生徒たちや僕の仕事に対するする純粋な気持ちを表してるように思うのです。

僕は毎日生徒たちに会えることをとても幸せに感じています。みんは僕を笑顔にしてくます。そして、それぞれ一人ひとりのこれまでの成長ををとても誇りに思っています。

「アイ・ラブ・ユー」。

この言葉は、言われて嬉しい、言って嬉しい、幸せになる素敵な言葉です。

This picture was drawn by my daughter. It’s a picture of me, with the words “I Love You” written above.

I think my daughter intended it to be a message to me from her, but it also appears as if I’m saying it. 

 Both interpretations are fine.

I do like the idea that I am saying it because it’s how I genuinely feel about my students and my work. 

I feel so happy to see our students every day. They make me smile and I am very proud of their progress so far.

“I Love You”. These are good words to hear, good words to say, and good words to feel.
